 Reporting to an Administrator, Jane will be in a training course for 3 months regarding all aspects of the facility, including, finance, a/p, payroll, nursing, dietary, activities, therapy, housekeeping, admissions, etc. She's enthused about her prospects once this is complete:

     "The location is perfect. I am located at two facilities currently. One is around the corner from my home and the other is 9 miles away. I am being fast tracked to getting my nursing home administrator's license. I will complete training in 3 months, take the examination, get a promotion to assistant administrator and receive a $15,000 raise."
